Levin to Speak on Predicative Markets at STA Denver Conference
Richard B. Levin, the Chair of the FinTech Practice, will be speaking on a panel at the Denver Security Traders Association (STA) Winter Forum on March 6, 2026. The panel, moderated by Robert Verderese of Virtu Financial, will introduce the audience to predicative markets, the regulation of such markets, and the current litigation between predicative markets and state gambling regulators. Levin and Verderese will be joined by Jackson Gutenplan of Bloomberg.

He has represented electronic trading platforms since 1999.
