Taft partner Pamela S. Krivda will speak at the Dublin Chamber of Commerce harassment seminar on May 8. Her presentation is titled "Writing a Policy That Can Assist the Company in its Defense and Conducting a Targeted and Defensible Internal Investigation."
 
Krivda represents and defends public and private employers in all aspects of employment and labor relations matters, including defense in harassment, discrimination and other employment-related lawsuits and administrative proceedings; negotiation of collective bargaining agreements; and advice on collective bargaining interpretation and application.
