Krivda to Present at Indiana Chamber of Commerce 2016 Advanced Human Resource Management Seminars
Taft partner Pamela S. Krivda will speak at two Indiana Chamber of Commerce 2016 Advanced Human Resource Management Seminars: July 21 in French Lick, Ind., and Aug. 11 in Fort Wayne, Ind. The title of her presentation is "Transgender Issues, Employer Personal Expression and the Very Busy Year of the EEOC: Compliance Strategies for HR Professionals."
Krivda focuses her practice on representing and defending public and private employers in all aspects of employment and labor relations matters, including defense in harassment, discrimination and other employment-related lawsuits and administrative proceedings, negotiation of collective bargaining agreements and advice on collective bargaining interpretation and application. She is recognized as one of the “Top 25 Columbus Women Super Lawyers" and is listed in Best Lawyers in America for Labor and Employment Law. Krivda is also board certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a specialist in the practice of labor and employment law.
