Taft partner Pamela S. Krivda will be a speaker at the 2016 Heating, Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Distributors International (HARDI) Strategic Leadership Conference, to be held Oct. 2-4, 2016, in Newport, R.I. She will co-present a session titled "Government Affairs Briefing" that will cover a variety of regulations and policies from the Department of Labor and National Labor Relations Board. Attendees will learn how these regulations will impact businesses and how to make sure organizations are compliant.
Krivda focuses her practice on representing and defending public and private employers in all aspects of employment and labor relations matters, including defense in harassment, discrimination and other employment-related lawsuits and administrative proceedings; negotiation of collective bargaining agreements and advice on collective bargaining interpretation and application. She is recognized as one of the “Top 25 Columbus Women Super Lawyers" and is listed in Best Lawyers in America for Labor and Employment Law. Krivda is also board certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a specialist in the practice of labor and employment law.
