Krivda Quoted In SHRM Article on Corporate Policies

Taft Columbus partner Pamela S. Krivda was quoted in the SHRM article, “Companies Should Nail Down Precise Business Reasons for Workplace Policies,” published on Aug. 11. The article discusses handling corporate policies in light of the recent National Labor Relations Board decision surrounding Section 7 rights.

When discussing rules for nonmanagerial workers, Krivda stated that “rules covering managers/supervisors, agricultural, domestic workers or independent contractors fall outside the reach of the NLRA and this ruling.” To read the full article, visit here.
