Kirschman is senior counsel in the Corporate Business and Transactions group based out of the Taft Dayton office. She has over 25 years of legal experience in the corporate industry. She specializes in corporate law, healthcare regulatory and compliance, and general civil matters, including risk management, enterprise liability, and dispute resolution. Prior to joining Taft, Debbie most recently served as Corporate Counsel for leading and innovative life sciences and healthcare companies in the Greater Dayton region.
