Kelly Carlson has been appointed as the American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division (YLD) Liaison to the Section of Public Contract Law Council. In this role, she will serve as a key connection between the YLD and the Council, supporting initiatives that strengthen opportunities for young lawyers within the field of public contract law.

Carlson is also beginning another term as Co-Chair of the Section’s Young Lawyers Division, where she has played an active role in planning programs, organizing events, and engaging young attorneys in the work of the Section.
