Taft attorney Aaron H. Kaplan presented on estate planning and charitable giving to the Grandview Foundation Board of Directors on May 18. He discussed charitable giving techniques, integrating charitable planning into one’s estate plan and strategies/best practices for an organization starting a planned giving program. The Grandview Foundation, a supporting organization of the Kettering Health Network, raises and distributes funds to enhance osteopathic medical education and to support the program, equipment and facility needs of Grandview and Southview Hospitals.

Kaplan focuses his practice on estate planning, probate administration and trust administration, providing counsel to individuals, families, small businesses and tax-exempt organizations.
