Taft attorney Aaron H. Kaplan was the featured speaker at an estate planning seminar put on by the Franciscan Province of St. John the Baptist on September 18 in Cincinnati. His presentation was titled “Estate Planning in Our Times” and covered topics such as the basics of wills and trusts, powers of attorney and naming beneficiaries.

Kaplan focuses his practice on estate planning, probate administration and trust administration, providing counsel to individuals, families, small businesses and tax-exempt organizations.
