Taft partner Ronan Johnson will present at the Indianapolis Bar Association’s Business Law Skills Series on Nov. 27. The title of the program is “Representations and Warranties in Purchase Agreements: What They Are, Why They Matter and Tips to Successfully Negotiate Them.”
Johnson represents private equity funds, large multi-national corporations and closely-held and family-owned businesses in complex transactions involving mergers, acquisitions and recapitalizations. He also advises growth stage and mature companies in connection with securing debt and equity financing, counsels business clients on general corporate matters and acts as outside general counsel to a number of local companies. Johnson serves on the Executive Committee of the IndyBar’s Business Law Section and is a member of the Bar Leader Series Steering Committee.
