Johnson Selected for IndyBar Bar Leader Series (Class XII)
Taft attorney B. Ronan Johnson has been selected to participate in the IndyBar Bar Leader Series (Class XII). The Bar Leader Series is designed to develop lawyers for future opportunities in leadership roles in the business and legal communities. Through the Bar Leader Series, participants learn what it means to be a leader, gain insight vital to leaders in the community and learn how to communicate, motivate, inspire and succeed not only in their law career, but also in service to professional, political, judicial, civic and community organizations.
Johnson is a member of the firm's Business and Finance group. His practice primarily focuses on providing general corporate advice to local companies and representing private equity funds, large multi-national corporations, family-held businesses and individuals in complex transactions involving mergers, acquisitions and recapitalizations.
