Taft attorney B. Ronan Johnson has been selected as a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association’s Executive Committee for the Business Law Section. He also serves on the IndyBar Leader Series Steering Committee and is a graduate of the XII series (2014-2015).

Johnson is a member of the firm's Business and Finance group. His practice primarily focuses on providing general corporate advice to local companies and representing private equity funds, large multi-national corporations, family-held businesses and individuals in complex transactions involving mergers, acquisitions and recapitalizations.
