Johnson Quoted in The Indiana Lawyer

Taft attorney B. Ronan Johnson was quoted in the Sept. 10 Indiana Lawyer article “New program gives attorneys an ‘Intro to Indy'.” The article discusses a program that Johnson founded as chair of the Indianapolis Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division, including where the series originated and the mission of the series.

Johnson is an associate in Taft’s Business & Finance group. His practice primarily focuses on representing private equity funds, large multi-national corporations, family-held businesses and individuals with complex transactions involving mergers, acquisitions and recapitalizations. He also counsels clients on general corporate matters.

Johnson is active in the local community, serving on the board of directors, the development committee and the evaluation committee of Meals on Wheels of Central Indiana, the board of directors of the Indianapolis Bar Association and as chair of the executive board of the Young Lawyers Division of the Indianapolis Bar Association. He is also active in the Penrod Society, the Association for Corporate Growth and the United Way's Emerging Leaders program.
