Johnson Presented at IndyBar CLE on Negotiation Tactics for Transactional Attorneys
Taft partner Ronan Johnson presented at a CLE program titled “Top Negotiation Tactics and Tips for Transactional Attorneys,” which was hosted by the Indianapolis Bar Association on Aug. 19.
Johnson represents private equity funds, large multi-national corporations and closely-held and family-owned businesses in complex transactions involving mergers, acquisitions and recapitalizations. He also advises growth stage and mature companies in connection with securing debt and equity financing, counsels business clients on general corporate matters and acts as outside general counsel to a number of local companies. Johnson serves on the Executive Committee of the IndyBar’s Business Law Section and is a member of the Bar Leader Series Steering Committee.
