Jenkins Co-Authors Article Published in The Indiana Lawyer
Taft partner Sarah Jenkins co-authored the article “Indiana’s premortem validation statute takes effect,” which was published in The Indiana Lawyer on June 21. The article discusses Senate Enrolled Act 287, a new law that takes effect on July 1 making Indiana one of only a few states to have a premortem validation procedure for Hoosiers’ last wills and testaments, as well as their revocable trusts.
