For nearly 20 years, Jackson has counseled clients in all areas of employment law and employment decisions, such as hiring, discipline and firing of employees, as well as the implementation and modification of employment policies. With a background in commercial litigation, she has been involved in the litigation of a variety of employment-related disputes, including the enforcement of restrictive covenants, and defending wage and hour and employment discrimination claims.
Donham is a commercial and business litigator, with an emphasis on employment law. He assists clients with the development and review of employee handbooks and policies and the drafting of employment and severance agreements. Donham also advises clients concerning matters such as discrimination, harassment, noncompetition and confidentiality agreements as well as hiring and termination issues.
