Taft attorney Robert J. Hicks was quoted in the article “Departing the partner track,” which was published by The Indiana Lawyer on Aug. 24. The article discusses how law firms are adapting to requests for more flexible working arrangements than the traditional associate-to-partner model.
Hicks is presently the partner-in-charge of Taft’s Indianapolis office and will become Taft’s firm-wide managing partner on Jan. 1, 2017. He is a member of the firm's Business & Finance group. Hicks focuses his practice on complex business and commercial transactions, private equity and venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, structured financings, business advisory services and structural tax matters. He serves as outside counsel for the largest private equity fund in Indiana, along with several businesses.
