Taft attorney Manny Herceg was quoted in the article “Attorney questions validity of Hayes candidacy challenge,” which was published in the Kokomo Tribune on Feb. 20. Herceg spoke at the election board meeting on behalf of Kokomo Common Council President Bob Hayes who is seeking re-election. He questioned the challenge by a Kokomo resident, saying the claim does not meet the legal requirements of the statute and should be dismissed.
