Taft attorney Manny Herceg was a contributing author to the “2017 Survey of Recent Developments in Indiana Law,” published in the Indiana Law Review, Volume 51 No. 4, 2018.

Herceg is an experienced litigator who routinely represents individuals, companies and municipalities in state and federal courts and represents dozens of municipalities throughout Indiana in lawsuits against manufacturers and distributors of opioids. He also focuses his practice on all matters facing municipalities throughout the state. Herceg is vice president of the IndyBar’s Board of Directors and serves on the board for St. Mary’s Child Center.
