Hayden Serves As Panelist For UBS Business Owners Forum

Taft partner Jeremy Hayden participated as a panelist at the UBS Financial Services, Inc. Business Owners Forum, which took place virtually on March 16, 2021. The panel discussion revolved around the current state of the market for privately held businesses; presale strategies for the business and the owner; post-sale strategies; and how business owners can prepare for life’s next stage. Hayden was a panelist alongside John Lavin, vice president of Lincoln International; Leslie Lauer, managing director of UBS Financial Services, Inc.; David Mietty, wealth planning strategist for UBS Financial Services, Inc.; and Dr. Stephen Julian, president of Julian Consulting.  

Hayden is a partner in Taft’s Business practice group. He advises clients on matters relating to estate and succession planning, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and state and local tax law. Representative clients have included businesses ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. He is active in many community and professional organizations and currently serves as President of the Cincinnati chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).
