Hayden and Vergamini Present on Winery and Vineyard Law
Taft attorneys Mark T. Hayden and Thomas P. Vergamini presented at the National Business Institute CLE seminar titled “Winery and Vineyard Law” on Dec. 18 in Cincinnati.
Hayden’s presentation was titled “Ethics” and focused on avoiding conflicts of interest. Vergamini spoke on recent updates and developments in Vineyard related matters and in Winery legal matters in his presentation titled “State and Local Winery/Vineyard Law Update.”
Hayden focuses his practice on business disputes and personal injury litigation, with a particular expertise in the areas of wrongful death, products liability, competitive practices/unfair competition, insurance, construction litigation and intellectual property litigation.
Vergamini has an extensive and varied background in general civil matters, including liquor licensing, real estate, land use planning and zoning, Kentucky public and municipal law matters and Kentucky workers’ compensation and Kentucky administrative law, general corporate and commercial transactional matters and litigation.
