Hanna has been recognized in the areas of Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions Law. He is an attorney in the Firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Emerging & Growth Business practice groups. He specializes in empowering entrepreneurs and businesses of varying sizes to grow through effective strategic planning and analysis. While his focus centers on middle-market mergers and acquisitions, Hanna’s corporate law expertise extends to other facets of business-related legal matters, including contract analysis and negotiation, corporate governance, business planning, and a variety of other legal issues. He earned a Bachelor of Science from Wayne State University, a J.D. from Wayne State University Law School and a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University – Mike Ilitch School of Business.

Mayer was recognized for her work in the areas of Appellate Practice, Commercial Litigation and Insurance Law. As a partner in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Insurance, and Appellate practice groups, Mayer specializes in representing clients in all areas of business litigation, including membership, partnership, and shareholder disputes, contract disputes, restrictive covenants and business torts. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and her J.D. from Wayne State University Law School.
