The article focuses on the building’s unique architecture, name change, and its significant impact and legacy on Chicago. Guthman provided comments on the tower’s renovations and revitalization of South Wacker Drive due to its development.

Guthman has extensive experience representing clients in hundreds of negotiations and public hearings before government bodies. His wide-ranging land use practice has consisted of representing developers requiring zoning changes and other relief as a precondition to the development process. Guthman has served as zoning counsel for the developers of more than 50 million square feet of major Chicago properties. In addition, he currently serves as chairman of the Chicago Architecture Biennial.
