Grady Appointed to the Board of Advisors of the James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate at the University of Wisconsin’s School of Business
Taft Chicago partner Graham Grady has been selected to the Board of Advisors of the James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate at the University of Wisconsin’s School of Business. The Center was created to foster excellence in real estate education, research, and outreach. The curriculum is distinguished by its hands-on approach to learning, including a one-of-a-kind, student-managed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) fund, premier real estate conferences, and case competitions. Students benefit from access to industry leaders and an extensive global alumni network. Graaskamp is #1 in the U.S. for undergraduate real estate programs according to U.S. News & World Report, 2022-2023.
Grady advises real estate developers, investors, and property owners on land use entitlements. He helps secure necessary approvals for land developments in the Chicago metropolitan area and throughout the Midwest. Grady is the founder of Chicago African-Americans in Commercial Real Estate (Chi-AACRE) and serves on the board of directors for World Business Chicago and is a former president of the Realty Club of Chicago. He was also appointed to Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson’s Economic Vitality & Equity Transition Subcommittee.
