Taft attorney Zach Gordon has been elected to the board of directors for Dream Alive. Dream Alive is an Indianapolis-based 501(c)(3) organization that equips urban youth in grades 7-12 with the tools to become civic-minded leaders by providing their scholars with three key opportunities: mentoring relationships, character development and experiential learning.

Gordon is an associate in Taft’s Intellectual Property and Litigation groups. He focuses on all aspects of business litigation and intellectual property litigation, including trademark, unfair competition, trade dress, counterfeiting, dilution, false advertising, copyright, trade secret, contract drafting and negotiation, licensing and compliance.
