Taft attorney Alex Glass was recognized at the North American Securities Administrators Association’s (NASAA) annual conference with the Outstanding Service Award on Sept. 21.

Prior to joining Taft, Glass served for six years as the Securities Commissioner for the Indiana Secretary of State. In his legal practice, he counsels business clients with all aspects of securities law, including the structuring of public and private securities offerings and merger and acquisition, reorganization, tender offer, and going-private transactions.
