Taft Cincinnati partner Dominick S. Gerace II authored the article “Judge’s Veto of Arbery Hate Crime Plea Deal is not Unusual,” which was published by Law360 on Feb. 7. It appeared in the Access to Justice web site section and newsletter.

Gerace is a member of Taft’s Compliance, Investigations, and White Collar Defense and Commercial Litigation practices.
