On Thursday, Nov. 20, Taft Partner Will Gardner will speak as a panelist at the 2025 Clean Water Law & Enforcement Seminar hosted by the National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) in Nashville, Tenn.

The seminar brings together attorneys, utility leaders, and professionals for sessions on legal and regulatory challenges, current enforcement trends, and new approaches for the clean water sector.

Gardner will speak on a panel discussing combined sewer overflow management and future regulatory issues.
