Flamm to Present at Compliance Update Seminar
Taft partner Justin D. Flamm will speak at a Compliance Update Seminar hosted by Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. on July 27 (in both Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio) and on July 28 (in both Lexington and Louisville, Ky.). The seminar will focus on the Fair Labor Standards Act and will cover how employers can implement a human capital investment strategy to maximize return on talent investment.
Flamm is a member of the firm's Labor and Employment group. He handles a wide range of labor and employment matters, including noncompetition and trade secrets litigation; lawsuits and administrative charges involving race, sex, age, disability and religious discrimination; wage and hour matters under the Fair Labor Standards Act and various state laws, including collective action lawsuits; National Labor Relations Act claims, union elections and labor arbitration proceedings; military leave; employee handbooks and workplace policies; electronic discovery and recordkeeping issues; and other issues relating to employment relationships.
