Cincinnati partner Joe Parker’s work with the American College of Trial Lawyers is getting noticed. The ABA Journal has published an article entitled ""Litigation Too Costly, E-Discovery a ‘Morass,’ Trial Lawyers Say," which summarizes the findings of a survey conducted by the ACTL.
