Taft M&A partner, Mark Fazio, has been appointed to the Hudson Community Foundation’s (HCF) Board of Directors for 2026. HCF is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening the Hudson community by supporting local nonprofits, charitable initiatives, and programs that enhance quality of life through philanthropy and civic engagement.

Fazio is an accomplished business lawyer with significant experience representing public and private company clients on a wide array of matters, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, business formation and growth strategies, and private debt and equity financings.
