Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP announced today that Robert T. Dunlevey, Jr. has joined Taft's Dayton office as senior counsel in the Labor and Employment group. He joins the firm from Dunlevey, Mahan and Furry, where he was founding principal. Dunlevey will continue to focus his practice on assisting business owners with employment related issues, including wage-hour compliance, wrongful discharge defense and regulatory compliance, collective bargaining, OSHA, workers' compensation, EEOC and NLRB proceedings and federal and state court litigation.

Dunlevey is an Ohio State Bar Association Board Certified Specialist in Labor and Employment Law. He is a member of the American, Ohio State and Dayton Bar Associations and is an active participant on the Labor and Employment Law Committees of each. He is also a member of the ABA’s Forum Committee on Construction Law.

Dunlevey has consistently received the highest peer rating in Martindale-Hubbell. He has been named in Montclair Who’s Who Among Law Professionals and has been selected for inclusion in Ohio Super Lawyers each year since 2009. Dunlevey received his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and his law degree from the University of Cincinnati School of Law. He has also completed advanced labor studies at the University of Michigan and Michigan State University.
