Dunlevey article published in Builders Exchange of Dayton
Taft senior counsel Robert T. Dunlevey, Jr.’s article "OSHA's New Silica Rules for Construction" was published on Sept. 26 in Builders Exchange of Dayton. The article serves as a reminder to employers subject to OSHA's Construction Standards that they must be in compliance with the new silica dust standard (which took effect Sept. 23).
Dunlevey is a member of the firm's Labor & Employment group and is an Ohio State Bar Association Board Certified Specialist in Labor and Employment Law. He is a member of the American, Ohio State and Dayton Bar Associations and is an active participant on the Labor and Employment Law Committees of each. He is also a member of the ABA’s Forum Committee on Construction Law.
