Diamant to Serve as Panelist for CMBA CLE Program “Professionalism in the Deposition Battlefield”
Taft partner Michael H. Diamant will serve as a panelist with five additional lawyers and judges at the Oct. 2 Cleveland Bar Association CLE program “Professionalism in the Deposition Battlefield.” The panelists will provide and exchange ideas about best and worst practices for lawyers and parties engaged in depositions.
Program attendees will view video and movie clips of real and staged deposition settings and will engage in conversations about real world situations. The program offers 2.50 hours of professional conduct CLE credit.
Diamant has represented litigants and served as panel chair, panel member and sole arbitrator in numerous sophisticated technology and business arbitration proceedings. He serves as mediator for complex technology disputes and has argued multiple cases in several Ohio courts of appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit. He is a member of the CPR’s Panel of Distinguished Neutrals and E-Discovery Panel and is also a member of the Large Complex Commercial Case, Technology & IP and Domain Name Dispute Panels of the American Arbitration Association.
