Taft attorneys Brian Dershaw, Janica Pierce Tucker and Carolyn Davis will participate in a Greater Cincinnati Consortium of Colleges and Universities panel discussion at Northern Kentucky University on April 8 titled “The DOE is Coming! Proactive Steps to Take.” They will share their experiences assisting colleges and universities with navigating DOE audits and how to be proactive. The discussion will cover:

• Who and how to respond, including a discussion of necessary policies.
