Dershaw and Dressman Quoted in WCPO Article
Taft attorneys Brian G. Dershaw and Chase Dressman were quoted in the article “Here are 9 things that could change once President Donald Trump takes office,” which was published by WCPO – 9 in Cincinnati. Dershaw’s quote related to the potential consequences for businesses arising from President Trump’s pro-employer policies coupled with a reduction in government enforcement. Dressman was quoted on the possible impact of reduced environmental regulations for companies.
Dershaw is a partner in Taft’s Labor & Employment group and serves as litigation counsel and outside general counsel for companies of all sizes. He has appeared in state and federal trial and appellate courts in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, noncompete, trade secret and contract litigation.
Dressman is an associate in Taft’s Environmental group.
