Taft attorneys Brian G. Dershaw and Chase Dressman were quoted in the article “Here are 9 things that could change once President Donald Trump takes office,” which was published by WCPO – 9 in Cincinnati. Dershaw’s quote related to the potential consequences for businesses arising from President Trump’s pro-employer policies coupled with a reduction in government enforcement. Dressman was quoted on the possible impact of reduced environmental regulations for companies.
Dershaw is a partner in Taft’s Labor & Employment group and serves as litigation counsel and outside general counsel for companies of all sizes. Dressman is an associate in Taft’s Environmental group.
