Taft Cleveland associates Michael De Matteis and Allison McFarland will serve on the University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children Associate Board in 2025. The mission of the Associate Board is to support, promote, and enhance Rainbow Babies & Children’s Foundation.

Founded in Cleveland over 130 years ago, the Rainbow Babies & Children’s Foundation has supported University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital with dedication, generosity, and passion.

De Matteis’ practice primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate counseling. McFarland concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation and has experience with trust and estate disputes, corporate, and trademark matters.
