Taft partner Kimberly DalSanto has been named a Distinguished Fellow of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation and will be recognized at the Empowerment Celebration on Sept. 30. The honor is given to a select group of individuals because of their significant contributions to the legal profession and the community.

DalSanto counsels clients on environmental compliance, transactional risk management, and complex litigation matters. She helps businesses navigate federal and state environmental regulations and provides practical guidance on environmental diligence in mergers, acquisitions, and property transactions. DalSanto also advises manufacturers and other regulated entities on emerging contaminant issues, including PFAS, helping clients navigate evolving requirements and manage operational and liability risks.
