DalSanto Elected Treasurer of the ISBA Environmental Section
Taft attorney Kimberly DalSanto has been elected treasurer for the Environmental Section of the Indiana State Bar Association. The Environmental Law Section promotes dialogue among legal practitioners in this field, considering all matters of interest regarding environmental law. It also focuses on helping members of the public become involved in environmental rule making and other processes, promoting alternative dispute resolution and mediation as a means of speedily resolving disputes, and helping make state environmental orders more accessible to practitioners and to the public.
DalSanto is an associate in Taft’s Environmental practice group and assists clients on a wide range of legal issues involving environmental and litigation matters. She also serves on the board of directors for Arts for Lawrence and Friends of Riley.
