Taft partner Julie A. Crocker authored the article “Making the Case for Women’s Initiatives in the Workplace,” which was published by the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association Bar Journal in its Women in Law section. The article discusses the push for law firms to create an inclusive environment for female attorneys. 

Crocker is a member of the firm’s Litigation group. She focuses her practice on commercial transactions and business litigation matters and also litigates a wide variety of employment matters in federal and state courts, including employment discrimination, harassment and wrongful discharge claims.
