Court Decision Favors Taft Client Following Five-Year Hustler Enterprise Litigation
Taft Litigation partner R. Joseph Parker led the representation of a Buffalo, N.Y., law firm in a malpractice case that has been ongoing since 2009 (Hustler Cincinnati, Inc., et al. v. Paul J. Cambria, Jr., et. al.).
The case involved New York law firm Lipsitz Green representing Larry Flynt and the Hustler Enterprise who were sued by Larry’s brother, Jimmy Flynt. The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio made the decision to terminate the Hustler litigation in favor of our client on Oct. 15. Taft associate Beth A. Bryan assisted in the matter.
