Taft partner Kiamesha Colom participated in a roundtable on diversity, equity, and inclusion published by the Indianapolis Business Journal. The panelists discussed what it takes to build a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.

Colom is a partner in Taft’s Real Estate practice group and focuses her practice in the areas of real estate transactions, real estate lending, commercial finance transactions, and related business transactions. She serves on the board of directors for Eskenazi Health Centers, Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, Indiana University Alumni Association, IndyCREW, and LISC and has held numerous other past leadership positions. Colom is also an inaugural member of the IndyBar’s Hispanic Executive Committee and a past member of the Indy Chamber’s HBC Executive Committee.
