On Sept. 16, Cincinnati partner Joseph A. Cleves, Jr. will participate on a panel of lean construction practitioners from throughout the state, representing a variety of industry viewpoints, to share experiences from their journey and answer questions to help participants learn how to get started.

This program will provide an overview of lean construction from the Ohio Valley Chapter of the Lean Construction Institute, plus design and construction considerations from those who are actively using lean thinking, tools, and techniques on their projects. Following the formal program, participants are invited to join the panelists for a happy hour that will provide networking and the opportunity for additional Q&A.
