Taft Cincinnati partner Joseph A. Cleves, Jr. will present on the panel, “10 Things I Love & Hate about Updating my Contracts: An Owners Checklist,” at the Construction Owners Association of America’s Connect Spring 2022 Conference on May 12 at 1:15 p.m. The panel will discuss how to identify the correct time for contract updates, industry resources for organizations, and what items owners should consider when updating their contracts.

Cleves leads the firm’s Lean Construction & Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) group and also practices in the firm’s Construction and Real Estate groups.
