Taft partner Joseph A. Cleves will be a speaker at the Construction SuperConference, which will take place on Dec. 4 at The Encore at Wynn in Las Vegas, Nev. His presentation, “Lean On,” will focus on applying lean construction principles to improve safety and achieve greater customer satisfaction with higher productivity at reduced costs.

Cleves has extensive experience in lean construction, a practice designed to maximize value and minimize waste throughout the construction process, and with integrated project delivery (“IPD”), a process uniquely suited to put lean construction principals into practice. He has consulted on multi-million dollar developments across the nation, incorporating IPD as a means to delivering value to all phases of design, fabrication and construction.
