Cleves Served as Panelist at AGC Webinar

Cincinnati partner Joe Cleves served as a panelist at the webinar, “Lean Practices for Design-Build Projects and the New ConsensusDocs 431 Lean Design-Build Addendum,” hosted by the Associated of General Contractors of America (AGC) on July 15. AGC works to ensure the continued success of the commercial construction industry by advocating for federal, state, and local measures that support the industry; providing opportunities for firms to learn about ways to become more accomplished; and connecting them with the resources and individuals they need to be successful businesses and corporate citizens.

Cleves practices in the firm’s Construction and Real Estate groups. He has extensive experience in lean construction, a practice designed to maximize value and minimize waste throughout the construction process, and with integrated project delivery (IPD), a process uniquely suited to put lean construction principles into practice.
