Taft partner Ralph Caruso will co-present at the ACG Indiana November Alliance Luncheon with Bob Erwin, Managing Partner and CEO of Monument Microcap Partners. The Nov. 15 event will feature a presentation on investing and creating value in lower middle market companies.

Caruso is chair of Taft’s Business & Finance Group. He has more than 25 years of experience as a transactional lawyer and has substantial experience advising private equity funds and strategic investors in connection with complex domestic and cross-border merger, acquisition, and divestiture transactions.
