Camillucci to Moderate Panel at P3 Higher Education Summit
Taft Chicago attorney Karl D. Camillucci will moderate the session, “COVID-19’s Effect on P3 Finances and Potential Workouts,” at the P3 Higher Education Summit on Oct. 28 at 12:15 p.m. CDT.
The panel brings together a university finance director, an underwriter, a nonprofit facility owner/operator, a bondholder, and a project finance lawyer to discuss their respective perspectives on the financial challenges faced by higher education P3 projects in the age of COVID-19. The range of options potentially available to mitigate those challenges, and the ways in which each panelist would evaluate those options to “workout” a financially distressed project will be discussed.
