Camillucci Appointed to ABA Committee on Public Education
Taft attorney Karl D. Camillucci has been appointed to serve a three-year term on the American Bar Association (ABA) Standing Committee on Public Education. The committee oversees the ABA’s Division for Public Education and leads the ABA’s efforts to educate teachers, students, and the public about civics, the justice system, the law, and the role of the legal profession in society. This includes coordinating ABA’s annual Law Day activities on May 1 in Washington, D.C. each year.
Camillucci represents governmental and nongovernmental clients regarding a broad range of issues, including bond transactions, tax increment financing, economic development incentives, development agreements, land use and zoning entitlements, regulatory compliance, and municipal and constitutional litigation.
